We wish to inform you that at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Company held on Wednesday 25^th March 2015 the following major decisions were approved by the shareholders of the Company.

Decisions made at the Extra Ordinary  General Meeting :

1. The EGM has unanimously approved the increase of Company's authorised capital from R.O. 25,000,000  to RO 35,000,000.(Rial OmaniTwenty Five to Rial Omani Thirty  Five Million).
2. EGM has also unanimously approved the amendment of Article 5 of company's article of association.

Decisions made at the Annual General Meeting

1. The AGM unanimously approved the Chairman's report for the year ended 31^st Dec, 2014. 
2. The AGM unanimously approved the Auditors report on Corporate Governance for the year ended 31^st Dec, 2014. 
3. The AGM unanimously approved the Auditor's report, Statement of Financial position and Statement of Comprehensive Income for the year ended 31^st Dec, 2014.
4. The AGM approved the declaration of 25% cash dividend (RO.025 bzs) per share.
5. The AGM approved the recommendation by the board of Directors for a stock dividend of 20% on the paid up capital of the company (equivalent to 2 shares for every 10 shares) for the year 2014. 
6. The AGM approved the sitting fees paid to members of the Board & Audit committee for the year 2014 and also approved the proposed fees for the year 2015. 
7. The AGM approved the remuneration of the directors for RO 100,000/- for the year ended 31^st Dec 2014.
8. The AGM approved an amount of RO 20,000 for Corporate Social Responsibility programs, which shall be used out of the 2015 profit.
9.  The AGM appointed M/s BDO Jawad Habib– Chartered Accountants as the company’s auditors for the year 2015. 
10. The six Members of the board were elected,  they are : Mr. Hussain Ali Habib Sajwani, Mr. Adil Taqi, Mr. A. Shamsuddin, Mr. Sofyan Khatib, Mr. Saud Ali Salem Al Senaidi & Col. Jamal Said Al Tai.
